That's not good to hear at all. You can check for any reported service issues in your area, via https://outages.telstra.com/
You can also try some troubleshooting via http://tel.st/unap (select Broadband, select Troubleshooting),
If there are no improvements, please speak with our 24x7 NBN Tech Team on 1800834273 - IVR > 4 or for ADSL and Cable services, please call 133933 for further assistance.
