You haven't exceeded your plan allowance have you?
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

How am I suppost to know? And if it is because i have, then why so slow? Seriously, if I exceed my data allowance, I shouldn't need to put up having to use my iPads Internet for everything else.

You can know by keeping an eye on your data allowance either via My Bigpond or My Account but feel free to speak to us on 13 22 00 and we can have a look into that for you. If you have not exceeded your data allowance we'll get yo in touch with our technical support team to look into what is going on for you.
