Internet Bundle Plan


My family was on the Hottest Entertainment Bundle (Standard Plus Speed - NBN HFC Technology Type) plan and we recently changed the bundle to Premium Speed + Unlimited Data plan. We are getting emails and SMS messages saying the nbn bundle is active but when I check the account it is still showing the old bundle. Did some speed tests and it is still standard plus speed as well. 

Waited for last month to end, now it's in the new month but still showing the old bundle. Was wondering if we have to wait longer for it to rollover to the new bundle or if something is wrong.
