My home internet connection has disconnected from my printer and we have tried restarting the printer and disconnecting and reconnecting the internet cable and it is still not connected so we are unable to print. Are there any other troubleshooting methods we can try?

The initial step I would try is to turn everything off (modem, computer, printer).

Then turn on the modem and wait for it to fully get up and running

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

What is the model of your modem? If it is the DJA0231 it is likely the modem's 2.4 GHz WiFi has stopped transmitting.

Try resetting up the wifi details on the printer
