Internet keeps dropping out
My internet has been dropping out continuously all day. Sometimes it will last 30 minutes before dropping but most of the time it drops out in 2-5 minute intervals. It is extremely annoying. When I run the trouble shooting tool, it tells me that the ethernet cable is not plugged in properly or is broken. However, I have tried 2 different cables and 2 different modems, all with the same results. The internet drops out on both my laptop and my brother's laptop, as well as my mobile phone. It was working fine last night but has been having issues all day. I don't know what the problem is but do not have enough credit to call Telstra and it won't let me talk to anyone on the 24/7 chat. Even the trouble shooting form won't help me because it's on NBN and not ADSL. So I'm hoping someone here can help me as I can't seem to actually contact anyone from Telstra. Despite paying a fortune for this service, there have been frequent issues with my service since I got it connected and Telstra only ever offers short term solutions. So I would really appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

Alternatively, have you spoken with our NBN Technical Support teams on 1800 834 273? If so, what have they advised?
