internet not working - Telstra Arcadyan page showing

Internet stopped working. No Telstra Support! 
I have turned everything on and off and blue light is on Telstra Smart Modem Gen 2 Box and all I get is Gateway Information Page on Browser and no other sites can be reached.

If you are comfortable to check the device settings, unless you have changed it previousl, use Username: admin and Password: Telstra to open the User interface, select Advanced..


On the Internet page, select the LTE tab..


Under Mobile configuration there is a PDP Type setting, if that is NOT already showing IPv4v6, then use the the drop down arrow to select that option.


Log out of the GUI and see if you now have connectivity to other sites..
