Internet

Internet is down and NBN light is stuck flashing green on broadband and upstream and online are off and the internet modem has orange light I got told to message you because they are not taking calls

If you have the My Telstra app installed on one of you ios or android de ices you would have better results using the blue  message icon on the bottom right of the apps help section. You can leave a message for some one to contact you.. Mark message as urgent using menu top right in the app.

Set it & forget it
