my plan was "Home Internet Connect Plus" now it is changed to "Unlimited Internet" Why???
Telstra is retiring old plans (a.k.a grandfathered plans) and moving all customers over to their current plan offerings.
The idea being that for support (and the Telstra CEO says, also the customer) don't get confused with the couple of thousand plans still about with all sorts of add-ons and conditions. Streamlining it all, if you will.
It actually does make sense from a business perspective.
Unfortunately, some customers will feel they will be worse off, but can only either accept the change or churn to a new provider.
