Is my question allowed to happen
OK. I have a friend I want to share a internet connection with. My question is rather difficult to explain... is it possible and allowed to have 2 routers/modems at 2 different buildings, and be billed to 1 telstra account?
I'm Guessing not. But Google hasn't helped me get a straight forward answer. Also, My friend has a old Australian Telephone setup. Its quiet literally a yellow box attached to the wall. What is that thing? (should I provide a picture?)
Not Mario, but close enough
Was this helpful?

Re: Is my question allowed to happen
You can, but it would be two services not sharing the one service, which would mean each would have a fee depending on data/speed selected.
The box you are describing could be an older 605/610 style socket as opposed to the more common RJ45 now. You can get an adaptor to covert them for under $10 from places like jb hifi.
