Is the Telstra app working?
trying to get a new NBN connection internet refers me to the 1800993728 number which then refers me to the app. App error message "failed to connect to the servier. retry". Doesnt Telstra want any new connections?

Looks like we were having issues with the app last week, I'd recommend updating to check if you are still having the same issue.
