my adsl2 isn't fast at all ( download speed of 240Kbs). speed test shows good speeds(1.8Mbs download and 800Kbs upload) but actually using the internet is slow (youtube videos, facebook, update/program downloads)? none of my tech friends know whats going on, i have tried different cables/filters/modem and even a different computer because one of the 24/7 chat people said it must be my PC settings but it didn't make any difference. There has to be something on Telstras end?
