ISSUE WITH LINE QUALITY

how to resolve line connection instability.  internet can connection, however maybe after 1min, disconnected automatically, then start connect again. I diagnose on telstra website, the result is has issue  with line quality. I also buy a new moden try again, however still can't resolve.
