issues with ping/latency spikes

I recently switched over to Telstra from internode 3-4 months ago, the first month with telstra was great, didnt have any problems and speeds were fine. In the last month or so we have been experiencing problems with our latency/ping spiking horribly which is making gaming online impossible for my children. A few days ago i rang up tech support to see if they could help me in any way and didn't get any help on it and was told there is no issue with it. I have been keeping an eye on it and have got some trace routes to telstra.

As you can see it is getting quite high which is making things tough for gaming online, we have tried using 3 different modems, different cables, having just 1 computer plugged straight into the nbn modem, turning off wifi, tried multiple computers just plugged in by themselves, checking the antenna on the roof to make sure theres no branches in the way etc... and I still cannot find the problem.

Any help is appreciated

Thanks
