Just moved house and WAN/DSL light not on modem

Hi everyone,

I have just moved house and moved my Telstra ADSL broadband with me. I just got an email yesterday to say that we are connected. I have set up the modem and am able to get internet fine but that's because it's utilising the mobile backup. Just wondering whether there is a simple fix to get ADSL or whether I realistically have to wait for Telstra to be in a position to field non-emergency calls??
