How do I get service for a jump in latency? I used to get consistent 110-130ms ping for an international gaming site. Now this 300+ms so the experience is bad. Last time I had to force Telstra to send a tech who replaced a splitter in the street.
im tired of having to argue that my broadband cable experience has degraded as the first level diagnostics I'm always asked to do always give a false-positive result.
any suggestions?

Re: Latency change
Can you post the Traceroute results so we can see where the problem is originating?
