Lost Order - Speed up Connection Date

I have just connected to Telstra again after our first order was "Lost" (And 2 orders through Optus were lost)

We finally have a connection date, after a month long process we still have 15 daysto wait for a connection. Is there any way to speed up this process?

I am so sorry to hear that your previous orders were not completed within the agreed time frame. 

 

Regrettably when it comes to appointment dates, these are booked based on the earliest possible Technician availability.

 

In almost all cases there would not be an earlier time available.
