I joined NBN and got a temporary password. Did not set my own password and now I have lost the temp password.
Wifi now won't authenticate.
How can I reconnect or get a replacement password?
Telstra makes it as hard as possible to get help.

You can find your WiFi credentials both underneath your modem and on the card that you may have received with the modem. Telstra are unable to reset this password for you, but if you've changed it you can connect via ethernet and navigate to 10.0.0.138 -> Local network -> Manage the main WLAN - To customise your WiFi details.
If you are after your @bigpond.com login, you will need to contact support on 1800 834 273.
