Message Telstra Not Working

I am trying to call to request a new NBN connection however I continuously get redirected to the app messaging service. Whenever I try to use the app the "Loading" message spins continuously. Can anyone help?

You will need to uninstall the app and then reinstall it. It gets confused occasionally and installation is the only fix. 

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

I have the same problem here 

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
