My ADSL modem keeps dropping out for WIFI at least 7 times a day, have to keep resetting it and then when i try to logon to gateway my password doesn't work for admin

Can someone please help

Sounds like its time for you to hard reset the modem.

When your modem will not accept the default login then the only option is to factory reset the modem. You should see a small pinhole type button near the power button. Press that until the lights flash, wait for the lights to all come back on and you should be ready to log in and reenter your ADSL login details.
