Modem Delivery

Hi,

 

We are waiting on a Modem to be delivered:

It has been over a month since payment for the modem. Consignment number I2DZ00846631 - Ref 20200324010349374379 - No parcels have been delivered - We have received emails stating AUST POST has delivered.  PLEASE investigate as we urgently need the modem - Myself and the wife are working from home and the kids have online schooling - we rely on this modem.

I think there is a problem with your order.

If you click on the "consignment tracking" blue button... it will show you what has happened such as failure to be delivered, returned to the post office etc.

I would recommend calling startrack on132345, quote the consignment number and say that the parcel wasn't delivered.
