Modem stuck in mobile mode

Hi last week I've had the people starting the nbn out front of our house.the modem has now gone mobile mode and I don't know how to get it back to fixed.ive rebooted it several times and also pressed in the reset button.i haven't got a computer to attach to it to try putting in my address into the modem so I'm not sure what else to do.i can't use Internet on anything laptops, mobiles, tablets or PS4.basically I'm paying $91 for a service I can't use so I'm thinking of cancelling my account to go to someone else.i need a technition to come out and check what theyve done under our foot path because ever since that it hasn't worked

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you

Get used to it! You will experience more faults, drop outs and buffering than Donnie Sunderland’s Sounds on a Sunday!
