monthly adsl data history

I was looking for my historical data usage, this used to be available but I'm finding it hard to find.it seems only recent charges available and I have followed older threads but they seem to be redundant. Making a plan change or any option is hard without data. The bills don't have it and the app does a loop trying to find it ?????
