Move Order & CCP0004 Error

Processed a move over the weekend and lost internet last night now getting a CCP004 error. Telstra call center recording advising to solve online but the account I'm moving has disappeared of my Telstra profile (I guess because of the move). The impact of COVID suggests I wont get through to tech support ... any ideas ??

In the event we get some resolution I'll post it Murb but I suspect we are back in the dark ages for a few weeks/months !!

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
