Moved home, waiting for NBN connection

We moved home Monday 3/8/20. I set up the transfer of Telstra NBN connection on 27/7, with connection date set to 5/8. Order number MV89999840. No sign of life on the NBN modem as yet. How do I follow this up and get connected?

Step one would be to reset the modem just in case.


Step two, check the NBN connection type (FTTN, FTTC, FTTB, FTTP, HFC, FW) for your address at to make sure that you are try to connect in the correct manner.


Then if still no connection, send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen) and if Codi tries to redirect you, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should get redirected to the queue to chat to a human.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
