Moved house and unable to connect to internet

I've recently moved house and connected to the nbn. All our other devices connected automatically including our mobile phones, tablets and TV'S but I'm unable to connect my desktop to the internet or send or receive emails. 
It says it's a server error.
I can't get in contact with Telstra for any help. I need my desktop and email for work and I'm stranded.
I had the same issue at my previous address when we first connected to nbn. And telstra technical assistance helped me to sort this out through remote access. 
Can anyone please advise me how I can get my desktop connected to the internet please? 
I'm really desperate now Smiley Sad
