Moving home

I’m moving home to a rental, the address of which is not recognised by Telstra, and has very poor phone lines. I want to cancel my broadband internet and home phone component of the bundle I’m on but keep the mobiles. Is this possible? If so how to I do this through the Telstra app?

Yes, you can do that as the mobiles are not part of a bundle with your Home Broadband.

In the app, send a message (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If the bot doesn't understand the query, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It can take a few hours to get an initial response.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.
