Moving house

My address is <Removed for Privacy> and I check address on Telstra website, when I input 138 moriah street it shows can connect to nbn but if I input <Removed for Privacy>, it shows only connect to adsl..... I don’t understand why, maybe something wrong with Telstra system

NBN Co may not have installed enough equipment to service all the units on the property. Which may be the case as it is a relatively new subdivision of the property.

 

The NBN Co website confirms this and it has your address listed as requiring more work to be done to enable connection. They estimate that this work should be completed by June 2021.

 

And no, there is no way to get it expedited unfortunately.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.
