Moving into ultimate cable house.

So basically i am moving house, and my new house has ultimate cable available.

I'm currently in contract with a bundle, and I have ADSL2+.

I am moving onto a new connecter everyday bundle with ultimate cable in my new house, and was originally told that I could get a professional installaton for the cable for free because I am getting a new bundle.

However, I just called up to organise it and the girl I spoke to had no idea what the install price would be, so i organised it and called back to talk to someone else. This guy promised the install would be free, but said I might have to pay for a phone line tech to come out?

I have no idea what prices to expect? Apparetly someone is going to give me a call tomorrow to explain, but I couldnt talk to them today? Anyone else had a similar experience?
