Moving NBN to new House
I'm moving in 2 weeks - been trying to get my NBN connection moved to the new Unit.
But when I entered the new address, only the Building address came up and not my Unit so I had to enter the unit address manually - but then on the next page, there is no service to select from. The only way to have some service come up is to select the address of building but then how would the technician know which unit to connect to?
Been trying to get hold of a support person all morning but can't get pass the chat bot
What happened to the good customer service from Telstra a year ago??
