Moving to a brand new building, Cant find address - Have called / Chat / Visited a store

I am moving to a new address, The building is brand new and cant be found in the search.

 

I have tried to call 1800 834 273 - They just send you a text and tell you to visit the website.

 

I have visited the store, they weren't able to get the address inserted. 

I have been on the chat the last 2 days, no success there.

I called the business helpline, they were not able to get acess to the residential side of things.

 

TPG can find the address and are happy to take my order. If i dont get a response on this within the next 24 hours, I will cancel my telstra account and switch over.
