My HFC NBN modem is not connected

My NBN modem is disconnected, it's connection led is not coming and up and the others keep flashing

Hey Sahil, I hope this has been resolved. In future, if your modem isn't connecting check there is nothing wrong on your end (like cords being pulled/knocked out) and try restarting it. If that doesn't help and there are no outages showing online here, then give our troubleshooting tool a go.
