My internet stopped working out of the blue.
As it is impossible to contact Telstra via phone (very ironic) I went round to the shop where they told me that "I" had asked to move to another company and thus they shut down my account. I did no such thing, and even if I had, why don't Telstra email you or text you or even phone you up to confirm cancellation rather than just doing it?
It will now take 5 working days to get it switched back on .... sigh ....
