My Netcomm wireless modem does not work with Telstra NBN Broadband.

I have tried setting it up. But I cannot get see internet light on modem.

Can anyone please help?

It is a bit hard to give setting without out knowing model no of modem and type of connection but basically set

VDSL for FTTN or FTTB.

Ethernet WAN for all other types of NBN connection.

IP over Ethernet IPOE

No VLAN Tag.
