NBN Account

This is my last chance to get Telstra to take any notice of what has happen since NBN was connected 

It was connected on 17th August 20 by NBN Techs working really great until 21st August it was disconnected by Telstra I spent the next 9-10 days getting Telstra to reconnect it but that did not work so I switched to Optus connected the 31st August all great again.

But today I got a bill for $80.00 for the past month which they did not supply any NBN service so they want me to pay for something I never got sounds like the Gov

I did make a complaint regarding the lack of service it took a week for them to get back to me. I did try to fax 3 letters to them but that did not work either fax not working surprise
