NBN activation. Or the lack of it.
this is my second order, first one was going on for 8 days before it was cancelled due to being incorrect, or in the "new system".
The order was redone yesterday and I was guaranteed my HFC NBN would be connect in the next 24 hours this time. I've go everything plugged in and ready to go on my side.
Guess what? 24hrs past and I still don't have a working NBN service. lights flashing on the NBN box.
My order says: "

What does that even mean? I tried using the chat (useless btw, always call.. people in the chat have no clue on what they are doing) and got nothing. I was told to wait 48 hrs. Really. It's a joke, and a pretty bad one.
At least tell me whats wrong.

Raising a complaint with TIO now. I wonder if there is somewhere I could get more attention. I'll definitely do a blog post and talk to few friends in some blogs to try and get this out there. With Starlink coming to Australia and 5G.. Pretty sure these complaints and negative propaganda will start to worry Telstra.
