NBN and mobile connectivity

We are planning to move to Hervey Bay area and am wondering how NBN and mobile connectivity is in the area. Possible looking at Burrum Heads to live

However, until you have an address you won't know for sure.  I know there are some 4G blackspots up there, until drive around you can only go by the rollout maps.
