NBN Co technician

Nbn co technician was meant to connect internet, they have not showed twice and when I called NBN Co directly they said Telstra have not organised it.


Can someone please help. No numbers get through to anyone, nbn phone numbers don't work, online app gets no response or of any help, complaints department is non existent.

Send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If Codi tries to direct you somewhere else, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be put in the queue to chat with a human.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
