nbn connection box

I am now trying for two weeks to get a straight answer from Telstra.

They quickly delivered the Next Gen modem, but fail to give any information on the delivery of the nbn connection box.

Because it is a rental place I asked for a technician to install.

The nbn cable is there and the modem is working, albeit slow, on 4G.

I get constantly referred to the Telstra App and click help what leads you nowhere, only a stupid AI asking the same question.

Also via Messenger you get send around in circles.

What do you have to do to speak to a person and get a straight answer.

I gave a deadline till Friday and take my business elsewhere after being a loyal customer for 18 years.
