NBN connection issues

Had anyone else been experiencing connection issues since approximately March 2020. I’ve done all the troubleshooting I know to do and am still experiencing difficulty connecting to my NBN.

Have you contacted Telstra at all in that time to try and get it resolved (4 months is a long time to persist without asking for help)?

 

Send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen) and if Codi tries to send you elsewhere, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to chat to a human.

 

While you're waiting for them, what type of NBN connection is it? What model modem? What colour are the lights on the modem?

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
