NBN Connection Switch Over from ADSL

I have connected my NBN ready modem and received a text from Telstra 2 months ago saying they would connect the NBN when it was available in our area.  NBN has been available at our address and in our area for two months now.  It's impossible to contact anyone in Telstra at the moment to find out of there is anything else we need to do to get the ADSL service switched across to NBN.  I have been waiting patiently for Telstra to flick a switch somewhere but giving up hope that this will happen.  Is there anything else I need to do to advise Telstra to switch us over?
