Hi. I've recently moved to a new location. Upon arrival, the Telstra Smart Modem was already here as ordered. I've set it up but it is constantly on 4G mode (blue light). I've tried rebooting the modem several times but no luck. I'm not sure whether my 'moving house' order has been completed as in the MyTelstra app, my old services are still shown.
