To achieve that you could contact Telstra Support - either via the My Telstra app -Get help chat, or by calling 132200 (9am - 8pm AEST Weekdays).

Were you still needing a hand getting the nbn disconnected? 


You can also disconnect via your My Telstra account:


  • In the app, tap Services at the bottom of the screen and select your bundle service
  • In a browser, on the homepage, find your service in the Account overview section, and select the Manage link
  • Your contract details will be displayed under the ‘Your plan’ heading. - This is where you can disconnect.
