Hi Leo71, apologies about the inconvenience you have been experiencing. I've had a look at the backdated log and there is no maintenance listed between the 11th and today. You can keep an eye on our service status for updates here: Service Status If you are still experiencing drop outs I would suggest contacting tech support on 133933 to look into it further.
