NBN drop outs

Our NBN constantly drops out. The service works during the early hours of the morning but is unusable after 8AM. The issue has been going on since May and despite numerous calls and chats with Telstra they are unwilling or unable to fix the problem. Every person i speak to promises that the Technical team will call me but they never have. Telstra has to be the most incompetent collection of fools ever assembled. They don't give a **bleep**. Never in my life have I experienced such atrocious service or lack of it. I have reported the issue to the ombudsman so maybe that will work. I am leaving Telstra once my contract is complete. A joke of a company
