NBN Drops Out Everyday at around 2pm

Telstra NBN internet connection drops out at around 2pm every day. Have attempted trouble shooting steps over the phone that included: factory resetting telstra smart modem, directly connecting to smart modem with device, powering down the smart modem then restarting after 1 minute, disconnecting and reconnecting all cables connected to smart mode and powering down NBN modem. None have resolved the issue. Logged into router and noticed the "Internet Access" tab bounces between 'DHCP Connecting' and 'Connected' every few minutes as the backup mobile connection kicks in. Then it will be fine after half an hour or so until the next day.
