NBN Drops out same time each day

Anyone else have NBN drop outs at the same time each day? It has happened since I moved to the NBN around 8 weeks ago. I have had a new modem sent out (FAST5355-A) to replace the old FAST 5355-A and the same thing happens.  Looking at the logs I receive a PPPOE warning that connection has terminated (Connection to the Internet has been terminated.(Reboot,Reconfiguration,forced termination)).


I am not very techie so i have no idea what that means Smiley Happy

Sorry to hear you are experiencing drop issues on your NBN service.

Have you spoken to our Technical support team after the new modem was replaced?  If you have a reference number like the examples provided here

What Reference Numbers can I obtain from Telstra? I can look into this further for you.
