NBN fails/ no help

Has anyone else had issues with NBN dropouts (10+ a day and speeds of no more than 17MBPS at its best which is rare) and Appalling customer service from Telstra?

I have had 7 months of Telstra blaming NBN and Vice versa. With 10+ visits from NBN checking lines and Telstra have replaced my modem.

Has anyone experienced the same issues and been able to get it resolved? If so how your help would be much appreciated.

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: NBN fails/ no help

What type of NBN?
Can you provide connection stats from the modem? Depending on type of connection 17Mbps might be the best you get... BTW, 12Mbps is current legislated guarantee for NBN and Telstra cannot force NBN to go beyond that...
