Hope I can get some help here. My interest has been disconnected since yesterday arvo. The link indicator on the Telstra white modem is the only one lighting up with blue color altering between white and no light intermittently. I went through the troubleshooting tool via the Telstra app. After rebooting the modem, disconnecting and connecting the phone cable and providing the MAC address of the modem, I was told the NBN co would investigate it further within 2-5 days. 


Has anyone been had the similar experience before? How long would it take normally to get it looked at and fixed?

Leaving the current Covid-19 pandemic, it’s hard to do anything without internet at home.
