NBN HFC dropouts

Dear Telstra Team, I really need urgent help to assist in fixing my home broadband issue which is occurring since last 6 months but since yesterday has ended up in situation where I am unable to connect to Internet. I hoping some compassion from your side in getting this fixed as without internet, I cannot work due to COVID situation. Please team help. I tried calling call center and twice waiting for over 2 hours(I am serious it’s 2 hours)
