I have connected our NBN black box to our Foxtel cable and to our NBN white box 5 days ago
but the NBN box continuously flashes and our Telstra app says that we are still connected to cable and the order is still “process”
we are operating on a very slow 4G backup.
everytime I call Telstra it sends me a text to download the app (which is where I made the call from) and hangs up on me.
i have visited 2 Telstra stores and both said “when we ring Telstra it does that to us too”
how can I get Telstra to complete my connection so I can move to nbn- the store said you don’t need a technitician
